It was easy to assemble, soft. Good neck and back support, comfortable handles. Works perfectly even recycling function.

Soft, comfortable and durable. Bought this for the girlfriend on 19 aug 2015, she loves it. Seems to be reasonable quality. It’s even comfortable for both of us. This is my first purchase from a marketplace seller, and i’m not disappointed.

Reviews didn’t sell me the chair but the price was good, so i bought. I’ve had it for 2 months and am happy with the purchase to replace a 20year old office chair. This is far more comfortable with the added advantage that spillage can be wiped easily. Good height adjustment range. Downside is the advertised reclining feature doesn’t seem to work. Fortunately i don’t need this and the comfort and price eclipse this. The shade of pink may not be to all tastes though.

Wish i had bought it sooner. . Happy with everything about it and excellent delivery.

    It is fantastic and worth every penny. I nearly did not purchase this chair because of some of the comments. It is fantastic and worth every penny, it supports my back and i is comfortable. There is not left over parts as some of the comments suggested. The chair is very stable and wide.

    It is fantastic and worth every penny. I nearly did not purchase this chair because of some of the comments. It is fantastic and worth every penny, it supports my back and i is comfortable. There is not left over parts as some of the comments suggested. The chair is very stable and wide.

It is easy to assemble with parts identified in a sealed package, each item has a letter at the side of it that tallies with the well explained instructions. It is a beautiful chair that makes you want to sit on it to see if it is as comfortable as it looks, and you won’t be disappointed.

    Ok but poor quality of base foam. . Had this for a couple of weeks now and used it daily. After taking into account the price of the chair i’ve still had to just rate this chair as ok for one big reason, the poor quality of the base foam. I accept that a chair like this is one of those things in life where “you get what you pay for”. This is not an expensive chair and so i wasn’t expecting anything unreasonable or comparable to a £2-300 chair. I just feel that the relatively low price is’t an excuse for its big flaw. There was no problem with any stitching or any of the parts or the fabric used. It is designed to look more luxurious than it actually is but that isn’t a negative at this price.

    It’s good but i think it may start to fall a part in months ahead.
      1. Its comfy enough but suffers from a slightly shoddy build quality. The recline button was gummed up with glue when i got and had to be cleaned out – nothing some washing up liquid and a cloth didn’t sort out but still. The arms could do with more padding but they do the job. It was a bit of a faff to put together too as i had to ‘shave’ the screw threads so the castors slotted into the wheel base when assembling.
