Excellant buy, very good value for money and was shocked at how quick it arrived when i ordered it.

Comfortable and massage facilities are good. Looks nice and reasonable quality.

Good chair, unfortunately the gas strut has failed already, definitely not heavy duty, nice and comfortable.

Fast delivery if not useless delivery driver that could not read a note on the front door and can’t push a door bell. But the chair looks and feels good quality. The reviews i read said it vibrates more than massages as it suggests that is correct. I bought this for my husband he loves it. But as a woman i think i would find it a little uncomfortable with vibrate on max, consolation is you can turn down the intensity and position of the vibrations. But all in all good chair would recommend.

Great office chair, best item ive bought in the last twelve months. Wife likes the massaging feature on it, easy to put together and speedy delivery.

Definitely worth the money, fantastic product. . I bought this chair as a replacement for my old one which became ripped and frayed. The delivery was really fast and got it within the time specified, the chair itself is of really good quality and has great lower back support. The massaging options are nice, the best in my opinion is the auto mode which keeps a consistent motion and you can select which parts of the body are massaged. Each part of the chair has been designed elegantly, the only small nickle i’ve had with it is the slight drone of the metal support which occurs when the massage intensity is set to high, but i assume this was to be expected and cannot fault it. Five stars all round, fantastic product.

  1. Really comfy to sit on and the heat works wonders on my bad back. Not sure about the massage function, but then i am never overly convinced by massage chairs. Took about 45mins to put together and the only negative is that the cable is a little short to the plug. Overall very happy with my purchase and would recommend.

    What a great chair for the price. Looks much more than the price tag all functions work well and the envy of the office as our heating is poor ( or non existant ) would recommend as value for money.

    My wife and kids loved it, especially the massage option. I was impressed with the delivery time and the chair itself. My wife and kids loved it, especially the massage option. However, i did have to return the item, as the depth of the chair wasn’t the measurement as i thought it to be. I require a chair like this to have a depth of 52cm at least (as my current chair), the depth indicated on this chair is bigger, but once assembled, the depth is actually around 46cm (from the edge of the seat to the bottom of the backrest where your buttocks are situated). Made the company aware and they asked me to return the item for a full refund, no real quibbles. This is the first time in my life i have ever returned an item purchased. And submitting a review after a long time on amazon, as i didn’t expect the issue to be handled as well as it was. I’d have kept the chair if the depth of the seat was at least 50cm. Although it may only seem like a few cm, it makes a difference to my legs and back, as i do sit on a computer chair for long periods of time.
