HJH Office : Looks very smart, had a few comments already

I bought this for my boyfriend and he is the worlds fussiest person. I was quite worried it would be plastic and cheap looking, but he is in love with it. Its metal woth proper cushioned seat and it is so comfy. Best present i could of ever bought him as he games constantly so comfort was key. Brilliant item and good timing woth the shipping :).

What a major hit this chair is. Bought for my 12 year old for his bedroom to do homework but also to play on the xbox. He spends hours in it doing both. Very comfortable and looks good too. It’s extremely well made with lots of padding.

My 12 year old son absolutely loves this chair, he uses it for gaming as well as homework and it is fantastic, stylish and so comfortable, would highly recommend :). Here are the specifications for the HJH Office:

  • Faux leather executive chair
  • Reclining mechanism to lean back and relax

Fab new chair that looks and feels the part. . Received my chair today and i have to say very easy to assemble. The quality is outstanding, looks great and feels comfortable. As some other reviewer, decided to use my own castors. For the money i really can’t fault it and hopefully will last longer than previous chairs from other companies. In my opinion it is a no brainer.

Putting it together – firstly instructions are taped to the underside of the seat, thought they hadn’t been sent. I would suggest putting chair together is a 2 person job, things will go much quicker for it. Everything goes together perfectly until attachinging the chair back and arms to the seat, hence to people. I only say this as i attempted it on my own and was swearing quite a lot.

Casters feel a little cheap and don’t roll very well hence no 5 star rating. I would recommend to others.

Would have been five stars if not for the dreadful wheels (as many have mentioned). Luckily had an old set to swap. Arms are great for getting close to the desk. I have a small home office and thought this may look over large but it doesn’t – even though it is bigger than a basic office chair. Had it a month or two now and is good for my back which used to ache with my previous one.

    Base is awful, seat is great. . The base however bangs, creaks, and clanks around like something pulled out of a dumpster.

    Funky chairs that match our bright office colour scheme, build quality ok and still going after 12mths – wheels poor quality and don’t work but we can live with that.

    If you want it to loll back in then i’m sure it would be fine. But if like me you work from home. It all depends what you want this chair for. If you want it to loll back in then i’m sure it would be fine. But if like me you work from home and wanted to sit up straight in it writing at a desk or using a keyboard, it’s useless. It slopes back in a lovely relaxing way, which unfortunately isn’t at all what you want or need when you’re trying to work. I’m of average height and the arms are too high for me. And the big snag, which other reviewers have mentioned, is the casters. They don’t glide, even with me sitting in the chair. Also the chair is very big and bulky, and if like me you use it in a small room, it dominates the room and takes up far too much space.

I honestly have never wrote a review on any of the products i’ve bought and to be honest this is probably the best purchase i’ve made on amazon, the chair come within 5 days of purchasing to the uk and that’s a fantastic service to ship a large item such as this chair, the assembly was fairly easy, the instructions are very clear but with a bit opf common sense youll understand how to fit the chair together because its not rocket science, ive sat in this chair for around 12 hours straight without any discomfort and one of the best chairs ive had and for the price it beats most chairs on the market,the chair looks great and feels great i would recommend this to anyone looking for a budget chair but a good quality chair.

      1. Some of the holes for the arm rests are very hard to get the screw to take as they aren’t proud of the material. Plus had a bit of trouble to get 2 of the wheels, to join the base. Great quality for the price thou.
