For the right price, a very good desk chair. . Comfortable chair which still works as it should a year after purchase. Very good value for money for the price i paid which was well below the claimed original price. Design is ok and quite neutral without being special but, ergonomically, i’ve been happy with this chair. My back aches and even leg discomfort with my old chair have disappeared. My old chair was far from ideal but it’s good that this one has proven such a good replacement.

I read the reviews most quite happy good value for price i use it most days seems quite sturdy i find it ok.

Broad seat which will breathe. Here are the specifications for the Eliza Tinsley Mesh Back Swivel Computer Desk Operators Armchair:

  • Moulded back frame covered with supportive mesh, which allows air circulation all year round. The seat is deep cushioned and upholstered in a durable breathable mesh fabric.
  • The recline function can be locked in the upright position or for a more dynamic feature the mechanism can be left free floating. The tension control can be set to individual user body weight allowing full support whilst giving maximum comfort.
  • The seat on the chair is height adjustable from 415mm – 495mm. This allows the user to sit at the most comfortable height.
  • Slim fixed height arms combined with the chrome finish gas lift and base add to the overall designer look of the chair.
  • 53 x 49 x 105 cm

Just put it together and started to use it. Light comfy and definitely fit for purpose. I bought it on today’s deal and what a deal.

Arrived swiftly, easy to assemble, very comfortable and a bargain price.

Feels like its constantly trying to tip you forward off the chair, ok for price (£30) wouldn’t pay full price for it.

Functional and comfortable. . Comfortable, simple adjustments, easy to assemble. Purchased during a sale so made it a more for my money bargain. Would have preferred more adjustable parts but then i should have purchased one higher up the range, so can’t complain.

  2. Not the most comfortable chair, backrest needs to have more ability to recline than it actually does otherwise it’s okay.

    I have been using this chair for a year now. A screw has dropped out and its lost its lift. But, for what i paid, its done a very good job as my desk chair. It has been a comfy, basic chair and has suited my needs. Alas, it is time for retirement. Would recommend for someone not looking for a long term investment.

    The seat seems slightly off balance (there is side tilt), but not too bad overall.

    1. Very comfortable and a great price. I work from home and was tired of the cheap chair i had initially, it’s easy to adjust and is very comfortable for 7-8 hour days. The only letdown is the low back. I’m 6ft 3in though so it might be just me. I’m not sure what else i can say, it’s just a good all rounder.

    Very comfortable and a great price. I work from home and was tired of the cheap chair i had initially, it’s easy to adjust and is very comfortable for 7-8 hour days.     It is ok but after three month or so stitches. It is ok but after three month or so stitches holding the back began to fray at lower edges. It does not worth the full price get it on the sale.

      1. Lasted for 11 months as whole. I’d wanted to get a chair for my home office and this was the cheapest “quality” product that i could find on amazon. The chair was easy enough to assemble with its own tools provided, even for someone like me who hates to assemble furniture. Good padding and adjustable flex on the back support is great. The back part even at its tightest setting leans back a lot and curves away from the back, which some might not like for its lack of upright posture support. For me, it was okay because i liked the lean-back style. I didn’t have any issues with the gas adjustment for height some other reviews have reported over a period of 11 months. What did happen after 11 months though is that one of the armrests broke off while i was leaning against it – and i’m normal bodyweight. So while i wasn’t too happy about that, i disassembled the armrests and now it’s a perfectly serviceable chair elsewhere in my house where i don’t want/need a chair with armrests.

    There are no instructions on how to get the back on to the base and why there are four holes for screws on the back of the chair but only two left on the base. I have literally had a fight with this chair. That being said once i got it together it was pretty decent.
