Great chair – everyone is very happy with it.
Slightly disappointed about this chair. Slightly disappointed about this chair. From the very first day start making irritating noise from lifting unit.

After assembly which very easy found this chair to be stable, solid feel, easy to operate, in other words a little gem for the price. If i had any criticism to make it would be that assembly instructions are not clear when connecting the chair back to the seat as the rubber cup should be first pulled over the metal receiver on the seat , this is not shown on the instruction sheet but common sense should prevail and should not deter any prospective purchaser.
Item came very quickly and the chair was assembled in 5 minutes, however the arms are a different matter and after 2 hours i thought i had got a reasonable result although not totally stable. This is because the bolts are not long enough to keep a good purchase so the first time i lent on an arm the bolts popped out. Do not buy the chair with the arms. It is comfortable but would be better with decent arms.
Reviews from purchasers :
- Disappointing condition
- Easy to assemble and comfortable
- Buy the one without the arms
Well made, comfortable as a computer chair, and not too expensive. It is a chair – what more can i say about it?.
I would have liked to have given this a better review but i can’t given the following:* it didn’t look new. It was packed haphazardly with the box lid re-taped. * the screws and washers were rolling around in the bottom of the box. Fortunately (by luck?) none missing. * one of the arm retaining nuts barely had a thread in it. * the arm screws lined up only with a heck of a lot of difficulty, and at very strange angles. * the base is scuffed as if this chair had already been used. Having struggled for 45 minutes i did finally get it assembled (i needed the chair immediately so returning it was only a last resort). Now assembled the chair is comfortable and feels supportive.
